This hotel is located right in the heart of Palma city, just a few metres away from the cathedral, in the historic centre. Despite the fact that is difficult to find, the effort is well rewarded. You will find a limited amount of car parking on nearby streets and there is an underground car park close by. You cannot park in front of the hotel. You would be forgiven if you walk past the Dalt Murada without noticing it. It blends perfectly into the medieval street.

	When you do find the hotel, you will be presented with one of the finest hotels in the city. The building dates from the 16th century and was once an important manor house. Although the hotel has been restored to a very high standard, much of the character has been kept and all rooms and public areas are furnished with period furniture and 16th century oils adorn the walls. All 8 rooms of the hotel are different in every way. There are just 3 double rooms and 5 suites. All feature period beds of unbelievable quality. The suites have private terraces with views over the city rooftops. All rooms have satellite TV, DVD player with films, a safe, a mini-bar and a host of other facilities.

Breakfast is served in a well organised bar area and on the terrace in the summer. The reception staff speak English and are keen to look after their guests in every way. Close to this hotel you will find: The cathedral, the port, the paseo maritimo and many quality restaurants

	Our opinion By far one of the best hotels we have reviewed in a long time. This hotel has a very special character and is unique in every way. The hotel is small and friendly and has everything you could need. We really didn't want to leave. The staff looked after us and were very helpful. This hotel manages to provide a very personal service where the customer is always number one. The suites are of the highest standard possible and have beautiful lounge areas, feature baths and palatial bedrooms. When visiting Palma we would highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. It is perfectly located for exploring the city, especially the old Gothic Quarter. The port is a 2 minute walk away.
