2. Within 48 hours the material is not removed, we write to your ISP and insist that your website is removed.
In 99% of cases, the ISP will remove your website pending investigation as they too are liable for hosting stolen material
3. If the matter is still not resolved after 7 days, without further notice, court action will be started against the domain owner
4. Damages will be sought as well as all court/legal fees.
