Whilst at Antigua, you need to visit the Cheese Museum
The Museo del Queso Majorero is located along the main road and is easy to get to. There's lots of parking. The entry fee was 2 euros [Nov 2015]. There is an interesting visitors centre explaining the history of cheese production in Fuerteventura. There's a gift shop selling local crafts, public toilets and wonderful gardens to walk through. You will also find a fully restored windmill that you can go inside.
