Places in Spain - Conil, Cadiz

Conil is situated on the Atlantic coast, in the province of Cadiz, in the south of Andalucia. Its coastline forms part of the Costa de la Luz. It is a typical white village with a long maritime history. Its privileged location, between pine woods and the sea shore make it a popular choice for holiday makers. Conils mild climate, with over 3200 hours of sunshine annually is a major attraction, as is the gastronomy, the friendly atmosphere, the wonderful beaches and the variety of activities available.

Take a stroll through the old quarter, which has been declared a monument of artistic and historic interest and see the wonderful patios decorated with colourful plants. There are also many historic monuments to see.
