Hi All, can one of the forum members give me some advise please, I am going to reregister my car onto spanish plates, the 1st process being an ITV test, can anyone advise the best place to go on the Costa Del Sol for an ITV test , the address and telephone no, and what documentation I need to present to obtain an ITV.
